It is such an honor to me to get to know families. I knew mom before she was married and began her happily ever after. I loved doing the maternity photos. They are still some of my favorite. Here are a few of them:

Excuse the dust, I am getting back to blogging. Since I have waited so long I get blog a few maternity and beautiful newborn sessions.

First, I have to say that this is a beautiful couple. I knew when I saw them that they were going to have a gorgeous baby. Maternity sessions can be tough for dads. They generally are not to keen about being in that many photographs but I know they are always happy when they see the finished photos. Dad even brought his awesome "blue steel" look for one photo.

I heart faces-Love challenge

When I saw that this month's challenge was love I immediately thought of this picture. I always tell my clients who are first time moms that they will feel love like they never have felt before when they see their newborn baby. I wish you could bottle up that first moment when you see a baby. This photo represents that anticipation of love for me! Be sure to check out the other amazing entries at i heart faces.

My friend defnitely had that maternity glow about her. She made pregnancy look so effortless and she looked amazingly gorgeous in this natural setting. I can't wait to meet her baby girl and watch her grow. It has been such a privilege to make friends through the process of being their photographer and documenting all their life changes.

I am so blessed to get to live life along side this family. We are on the countdown to meet baby brother. It seems like we just did Kinley's newborn pictures. My how time flies. I had to incorporate the bluebonnets that are in season. Isn't mom looking gorgeous?



I know these are in the storyboard, but I had to show them big. Mom looks so great!




I also love this one of mom and dad. In true mom fashion, I was holding Kinley on my hip with my other arm.

I often get asked if I do maternity sessions. I sure do! It just happens that so many people hear about me as they rapidly approach their due date. I had to share some of the photos from my maternity session with Nicole. She is gorgeous and has a perfect little belly to match. Her son is so excited to have a baby sister coming. He is obsessed with his mommy's belly and belly button. It is adorable. I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I did!
